P SB 12 N PEDOT Complex serves as a hole transport layer (HTL) in organic and perovskite photovoltaics. Using an alternative counter ionomer to PSS, P SB 12 N is based in a mixture of higher boiling point solvent anisole (methoxybenzene) and n-butanol. As a high boiling point solvent, anisole promotes highly crystalline thin films with longer drying times. Butanol as an alcohol, offers better wettability on the substrates, greater compatibility with perovskite active layer, and relatively higher film conductivity.
