Lab-TAG™ Cryo Color Dots are made from plastic materials designed to withstand long-term storage in liquid nitrogen (-196°C), and freezers (-120°C, -80°C and -20°C). They resist multiple freeze-thaw cycles and are ideal for dry-ice transportation. They can also withstand boiling water (+100°C for 5 minutes) and gamma irradiation (50kGy tested). Dots are supplied in small sheet format (4" x 6" Hagaki sheet size). They can be written on using permanent markers such as Cryo-Marker™.
FDA approved for FDA 21 CFR 175.105 indirect food contact. May be used in the food industry for identifying containers for freezer storage.
