Turn your Plasms Prep TEM Holder into an SEM sample cleaner!

This aluminum fixture is designed to hold several SEM pin style, cylindar monuts or other substratesso that the cleaner can be used to clean or etch mounted SEM and other samples. The holder is easily loaded into the chamber using this fixture.

Can fit SEM mounts up to 15mm diameter x 10mm height or pin mounts with a pin length of 12mm. Up to five SEM mounts can be run at one time.
